No cost · No contract

Free vaccine clinics, run inside your building.

Our pharmacists come to you and vaccinate residents on site. Nobody gets transported, no appointments to coordinate, and your staff isn't running the clinic. It's also the easiest way to see how we work before anything else is on the table.

Behind the portal

The portal is the part you can see.

Software is easy to demo and hard to fake at 2am.

Getting started

Switch pharmacies without missing a dose.

Your residents stay on the same schedule. Your staff keeps working the way they already do. We take on the moving parts.

Medication schedule continuity through a pharmacy change The switch lands on a cycle boundary. The medication schedule continues at the same interval before and after, with no gap where the pharmacies change over. SWITCH DATE Your current pharmacy Capital Regional Rx MEDICATION SCHEDULE — UNBROKEN
We start on your cycle boundary, so no resident is ever split between two pharmacies mid-month.
EDITOR — confirm before publishing. These four lines are proposed structure only. This is the objection that actually blocks the sale; replace with the real process.
  • 01Records move first. Profiles, med lists, and active orders are reconciled against your MAR while your current pharmacy is still filling.
  • 02We start on your cycle. The switch lands on a cycle boundary, so no resident is split between two pharmacies mid-month.
  • 03A pharmacist is here for the first fill. Anything that surfaces gets solved in the building.
  • 04Staff have portal access before day one. Logins and a walkthrough happen during onboarding, not after.

Request access

Tell us about your facility.

We'll review the request and get back to you — with a portal demo, a clinic date, or both.

Your role

No contract discussion. We don't contact your current pharmacy. A vaccine clinic doesn't require you to change anything — if the answer after that is no, that's a fine answer.

Prefer to talk first? Call (603) 333-8811 and ask for the facility team.

Request received.

Someone from our facility team will review it and reach out. If it's urgent, call (603) 333-8811.

EDITOR — wire the form. The submit handler is a stub. Point submitRequest() at your GHL webhook, or swap in an embedded GHL form. Route by the interest field.

Questions we get

Does the portal work with our EMR?

It integrates with many of the systems facilities already run. Tell us which one you use and we'll confirm before the walkthrough.

We're not looking to change pharmacies right now.

Requesting access doesn't start anything, and a vaccine clinic doesn't require you to change pharmacies at all. Plenty of facilities look at the portal a year before they're due for review.

Do you serve our area?

We deliver across the Phoenix metro — Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, and the surrounding Valley. [Editor: confirm the exact service radius and correct this list.]

Is the data in the video real?

No. Everything on screen is demonstration data. [Editor: confirm before publishing.]
